Terms of Service

Rondus Entertainment is an entertainment and cultural education platform operated by Rondus LLC, a limited liability company registered in Washington State, United States ("Rondus", "we", "us"). Rondus Entertainment is a brand of Rondus LLC and is not a separately incorporated company.

By using the website, creating an account or joining a Heritage Live game, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Rules. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rondus Entertainment, including creating an account, joining Heritage Live as a guest, subscribing to updates or contacting us. Where local law requires a higher age for online services, that higher age applies.

The service is not directed to children under 13, and adult supervision does not permit a child under 13 to participate. If we learn that a child under 13 has used the service, we will remove the related information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Before creating an account or joining Heritage Live, we ask you to confirm that you are 13 or older. We do not ask for or store your birthdate. This confirmation is your own statement. We do not independently verify your age, and the confirmation is not a guarantee of compliance with any law.

Points, Mastery levels, badges, trophies, leaderboard positions and certificates are virtual recognition of cultural knowledge only. They have no cash value, cannot be sold, traded, transferred or exchanged for money or goods, and no part of the service is gambling, wagering, a lottery or a prize contest.

• Free Heritage Live games allow up to five players. The host screen controls the game and does not take a player seat.
• Hosts should share a game's PIN or QR code only with the people they intend to invite.
• Hosts may remove participants who disrupt a game.
• We may change limits, rules or availability of free features, or pause them, at any time.

You agree not to:

• use offensive, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit names or content;
• use bots or scripts, manipulate timers, or try to get around player limits;
• interfere with the service, scrape content, or attempt unauthorized access.

We may remove content or restrict access when these Terms or our Community Rules are broken.

Music, recordings, stories, questions, artwork, software and brand marks on the service belong to Rondus LLC or its licensors. You may enjoy them for personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy or redistribute them without our written permission.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rondus LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
